Delete your Musiscape account

You can delete your Musiscape account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app:

1. Open the Musiscape app
2. Tap the gear icon (top right) to open Settings
3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm

This permanently deletes your account, including your email address, your playlists, and your listening history.

Purchase records are retained by Google Play or the Apple App Store according to their policies and legal retention requirements — your subscription can be cancelled in your store account settings.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

You can also remove individual data in the Musiscape app while keeping your account:

• Playlists: open a playlist you created and tap the trash icon to delete it, or use the remove button next to a track to take single tracks out of it.
• Other data: to have specific data (such as your listening history) deleted without closing your account, email us at admin@musiscape.com — we will delete it within 30 days.

No app access? Email us at admin@musiscape.com from your registered email address and we will delete your account or specific data for you.
